Returns, Terms & Conditions
You may return an item within 30 days of your purchase for ONLINE RETURNS ONLY. (Separate return policy for in store purchases can be found on your store receipt). All items must be unworn with original tags attached. Sale items, accessories and intimates are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a refund. (If items do not meet requirements and show any signs of wear, damage, misuse or alterations then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.)
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A charge of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. Please contact Jaclyn@shopjackieo.com if returning outside of the United Sates, separate fees may apply.
- Please email Jaclyn@shopjackieo.com within 20 days of product receipt and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. In the subject line write "Return request". In the body of the email, please indicate if the item is a return or exchange. Include the item(s) you are returning and quantity. As well as your full name, shipping address and invoice number.
- Repack returned item(s) in same packaging, if possible.
- Print out emailed prepaid return label and place it on your package.
- Drop off at any USPS facility, with your postal carrier or schedule a pick up at www.usps.com
If approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 3-7 business days from the day we receive the items to process your full refund to the original payment. Some banks may require additional time to process the full refund.
